Terms of Service

These terms and conditions of use for the Ready Relief mobile application powered by ReadyRelief Inc. and Swiftscript Partners Inc., website, technology platform (collectively, the “Platform”) constitute a legal agreement and are entered into by and between you and ReadyRelief Inc. and Swiftscript Partners Inc.. (“ReadyRelief and Swiftscript Partners Inc,” “we,” “us” or “our”), inclusive of external communications off app via SMS for the purposes of relief shift booking. The following terms and conditions, general service agreement, shift cancellation policy, privacy notice and account deletion policy together with any documents and/or additional terms they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, the “Agreement”), govern your access to and use of the Platform, including any content, functionality, products and services offered on or through the Platform, including any relief work services (“Relief Work Services”) solicited, offered or accepted by you through the Platform in addition to external communications (ie. SMS) with recruiters that work directly within the company pertaining to our relief services offered.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USING OUR SERVICES AND YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM OR USE OUR COMPANY SERVICES VIA EXTERNAL MEANS OF COMMUNICATION (SMS) FOR THE PURPOSE OF OUR RELIEF SERVICES.
